I became a coach because I believe we all deserve relationships that are filled with commitment, intimacy, and fun. I like to empower people to live life from their true self where everything is loving, authentic, and wonderful.
When I was growing up, depression, conflict and hurt were part of my daily life. Later, I replayed those patterns on my own family. There was a time when I was lost, hurt, and confused. My marriage was struggling, I drifted away from my friends, was not present for my kids, and didn’t even think about working. I couldn’t continue to live like that.
Since 2006, I embraced my own journey of transformation and authenticity. I have been able to reframe painful situations of the past to change old beliefs and self-defeating patterns that affected my relationships. Through different mental and emotional strategies, healing methods and coaching I have been able to transform myself into a present, loving, caring wife, mother, and friend. I am now sharing my true self with my family and I love the feeling of fulfillment that it brings to all of us.
This is why I choose to share all this experience and knowledge with others. With my personal experience and many tools, I help my clients start a transformative journey for authentic healing, connection, love, and growth in their relationships. We work together on healing old wounds, changing beliefs and modifying self-defeating relationship patterns in order to fully experience your true self in loving relationships.
